Delbert Grady was formed in the year 2000 by Simon (Lichen, bIRdbATh, Theodore4, Devane) and Scott (Lichen, Magic Alex, Devane, Lucas Clutch). In the very early days they were briefly joined by Matt (Bikeshed, Theodore4) on drums who can now be found under Glaive concerts and Ben on guitar (Two Penny Trash) who is now heard as Ben Dee.Then arrived long standing members Tom (Kullas) on drums and Sean (Beeswax) on guitar who left in 2006 to pursue their new band Armitage Skanks. Scott left the band in 2004 and now plays in The Random Penetrations, his shoes were filled by Paul (Splinter) until the band went into hibernation in 2006. Simon can now be found playing in bIRdbATh and De:elko.
Delbert Grady produced two ep's and two albums.
In 2007 'the clockmaker' was released on Ingue records.
